SCORE HELP

Get Help With Live Score Features

If the score feed isn't loading or a match you expect to see is missing, our support team can walk you through the coverage list and refresh steps. Most score-display questions resolve in under three minutes.

Team online

Live Chat for Score Issues

Open the chat bubble in the bottom corner and describe which match isn't showing. Our team checks the feed status and confirms coverage or explains why a fixture isn't listed, usually within two minutes.

Match Coverage Calendar

Visit the sportsbook schedule page to see which leagues and tournaments we cover with live scores. IPL, BPL and major internationals are always included; domestic T20 leagues depend on broadcast rights and data availability.

Score Feed Refresh Guide

If a score looks stuck, pull down on mobile to refresh the panel or tap the reload icon on desktop. Scores update every eight to twelve seconds during active play; longer gaps mean the match is between overs or at drinks.

3777 Score Feeds Built Into the Lobby Experience

Score Feeds Built Into the Lobby Experience

Our live cricket score panel sits in the lobby sidebar and updates every few seconds during active matches. You see current runs, wickets, overs and striker stats for IPL, BPL, T20 internationals and ODI fixtures we cover. The feed pulls from the same API our sportsbook uses, so the numbers stay consistent whether you're tracking a match or placing a bet. Tap

any match row to expand ball-by-ball commentary and recent boundaries. Players in Dhaka check scores between slot rounds; Chittagong visitors refresh during lunch breaks. The panel collapses when no live games are running and reopens automatically when the next fixture starts. We show match status labels so you know whether it's live, innings break or stumps, and highlight close finishes with a

pulsing dot when the run rate climbs in the final overs.

DATA INTEGRITY

How We Keep Score Feeds Accurate

Live cricket scores come from a third-party data provider we share with our sportsbook, so the same runs and wickets appear in both places. We log every score update with a timestamp so discrepancies can be traced and corrected.

Shared Sportsbook Data Source

Our score panel uses the same API that powers our cricket betting markets. When a boundary is hit, both the score feed and the live odds update from the same packet, keeping numbers aligned across the lobby and sportsbook sections.

Update Latency Notes

Score updates arrive eight to twelve seconds after the ball is bowled, depending on satellite and encoding delays. We display a small clock icon next to the score to show when the last update arrived, so you know how fresh the data is.

Coverage Scope Transparency

We list every league and tournament covered in the sportsbook schedule. If a match isn't there, we don't have a live feed for it. Domestic leagues outside IPL and BPL appear only when we secure data rights from the provider.

Score Dispute Resolution

If you spot a score that looks wrong, screenshot it and send it through live chat with the match name and timestamp. We check our provider log and compare it to the official scorecard, then correct our display if needed and log the discrepancy.

Live Cricket Score Glossary

Common terms you'll see in our live score feed, explained in plain language so you understand what each number and label means when you're tracking a match.

What does 'Run Rate' mean in live scores?

Run rate is the average number of runs scored per over during the current innings. A higher run rate means the batting side is scoring quickly; a lower one suggests slower, more cautious play.

What is a 'Powerplay' period?

Powerplay is the first six overs in limited-overs formats where fielding restrictions apply. Only two fielders can stand outside the inner circle, making it easier for batters to score boundaries and accelerate the run rate early.

What does 'CRR vs RRR' show?

CRR is the current run rate, the pace at which the batting team is scoring now. RRR is the required run rate, the pace they need to maintain to reach the target. When RRR climbs above CRR, pressure builds.

What does 'Extras' count in the scorecard?

Extras are runs awarded to the batting team without the batter hitting the ball, including wides, no-balls, byes and leg-byes. They add to the team total but don't count toward a batter's individual score.

What is a 'Partnership' in live cricket updates?

A partnership is the combined runs scored by two batters currently at the crease, shown as a number with the overs faced. Breaking a strong partnership is a key moment that often shifts match momentum toward the bowling side.

What does 'DLS Method' mean during rain delays?

The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method recalculates the target score when rain shortens an innings. It adjusts for overs lost and wickets remaining, ensuring a fair chase even when the second team has fewer overs to bat.

Live Cricket Score Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about our live cricket score panel, from coverage scope to refresh timing and how the feed stays in sync with our sportsbook markets.

We track IPL, BPL, PSL, BBL, CPL and all ICC international matches including Tests, ODIs and T20Is. Domestic leagues outside those appear only when we secure data rights, so check the sportsbook schedule for the current coverage list.

Scores update every eight to twelve seconds during active play. You'll see a timestamp next to each score showing when the last update arrived. Between overs or during drinks breaks, the feed pauses until play resumes.

Yes, the score panel appears in the lobby sidebar on mobile and collapses into a floating tab you can tap to expand. Switch from slots to scores without leaving the app, then swipe back to your game when you're ready.

They pull from the same data feed, so the runs and wickets you see in the score panel match the numbers driving our live cricket markets. When a wicket falls, both the score and the odds update from the same packet within seconds.

Check the sportsbook schedule to see if we have data rights for that fixture. If the match is listed there but not appearing in the feed, contact live chat and we'll check whether it's a coverage issue or a temporary feed delay.

Not yet, but you can leave the lobby open in a background tab and the score panel will keep updating. We're testing push notifications for wickets and century milestones; that feature will roll out once we confirm it works reliably across Android and iOS.
